Once we process your application and start requesting your property, the previous retailer at your address has up to ten business days to switch you over to Flick.
We are holding off on automatically signing up new customers on our Freestyle product (without having a good chat first, you can still do so if you really want to) for a short while due to unprecedented high wholesale electricity prices. We don’t want you to get a bad first experience on our Freestyle product as it isn’t reflective of normal market conditions. You can still sign up on our FIXIE product if you want to get started with Flick straight away. Otherwise we are waiting till the tenth of December (or sooner if conditions improve) to start switching customers who applied on Freestyle.
