If you are looking to go to a new retailer you don't need to contact us, your new retailer will do that on your behalf.
I'm moving and don't need power anymore
If you're moving out and no longer need power then send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with the date you would like to close your account as of and we can get that sorted for you.
As we have a delay with our billing system, you will still receive a bill once your account has closed to cover the usage up until your end date.
