As part of joining Flick, we may ask you to provide a picture of your electricity meter. It’s really important that we switch your property over to Flick, and not your neighbour's.
The NZ electricity database isn’t always up-to-date, so if there’s any risk of us switching the wrong house, we’ll need you to provide us with a picture of your meter.
Your meter will look something like this:
Where do I send it?
If we requested a picture of your meter via email, you can attach the picture to your reply to that email.
If you don’t have an email from us to attach it to, you can send it to email@example.com.
What if I can't find my meter?
If you are having an issue finding your meter or identifying which one is yours, give us a call when you are at your property on 0800 435 425.
